The Cancer Center at Milford Regional Medical Center provides world-renowned cancer care close to home. Milford Regional’s cancer patients have always had access to top quality cancer care but now, through the collaboration between Milford Regional and Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center, comprehensive care is available right in Milford, close to our patients’ network of family and friends.
The 54,000 square-foot Cancer Center, located across the street from Milford Regional’s main campus, provides the following services:
- Medical oncology provided by Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
- Radiation therapy provided by Brigham and Women’s Physician’s Organization
- Diagnostic imaging (PET/CT, CT, MRI and X-ray) and laboratory testing by Milford Regional Medical Center
In addition, patients now have access to the clinical trials offered through Dana-Farber and can participate in living with cancer, educational and screening programs and support groups. Services for hematology patients are also available.
On December 2, 2007, approximately 2,000 members of the community got their first peek at the Cancer Center at Milford Regional Medical Center. Read more and see photos from this event.
